Pamela is a servant Leader with over two decades in leadership and over a decade of union leadership, Pamela believes that advocating for others is not simply what she does~it is her calling.”

Having witnessed the power of resilience firsthand, Pamela founded LEAPE to create a safe and empowering community where women can heal from adversity, rediscover their power, build their confidence, and evolve into the woman they were destined to become.

Driven by purpose and a passion for service, Pamela is committed to “empowering to women rise above life’s challenges, embrace their power” and walk boldly in their purpose. Through LEAPE, she is building legacy of hope, empowerment, and transformation for women and families in the communities she serves.
